You own the content you post. By posting on Shotwall, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content for the purpose of operating the platform. We will not sell your content or license it to third parties for profit.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice. In cases of severe violations (CSAM, death threats, etc.), accounts will be permanently banned and relevant authorities will be notified.
For borderline cases, we will use judgment. We are not a news platform and we are not trying to be referees for all of human discourse — we just want the platform to be a good place for real people.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Shotwall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, data preservation in all circumstances, or that the platform will always meet your expectations.
We are not responsible for content posted by other users. User-generated content reflects the views of individual users, not Shotwall.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shotwall and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post an announcement on the platform. Continued use of Shotwall after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
